Return & Refund policy
  1. Return/exchange not applicable if the correct order is delivered
  2. The brand does not accept refunds. Only exchange/replacement is possible only if the received order is incorrect. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, unopened, and sealed, with all the original tags & labels intact.
  3. For all claims related to receiving a damaged/wrong/non-authentic product or missing item, it is mandatory to contact us with the clear videos of unboxing in front of the delivery person without affecting and damaging the seal of the product. Request needs to be raised within 3 days of the order delivery date.
